TIM announces that Director Frank Cadoret has resigned as of today.
The Chairman, interpreting the thoughts of the entire Board of Directors, thanks Frank Cadoret for his contribution to the Company over the years.
Frank Cadoret holds 13,000 ordinary shares of TIM.
