Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP" - tip.mi), independent and diversified industrial group listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. which invests in several excellent entrepreneurial companies, announces that today the notice of call of the ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, the proxy form, the information on the share capital and the Explanatory Report for the appointment of the Board of Directors for the years 2025-2027 were filed.
Those documents are available at the Company's registered office, with the mechanism for the central storage used by the Company (www.1info.it) and on the Company's website www.tipspa.itunder "Corporate Governance/Shareholders meeting/Documents".
